The very beginning of Al-Hamidiyya, a covered market in Damascus. Prices are geared towards the tourists, of course, and not so much the foreign once. But one can buy not that expensive souvenirs here. This street continues to Umayyad Mosque. There will be two ice-cream parlors on the right side on the way.
